Jeremy Worthington is a professional musician and percussion instructor specializing in drum set. He studied Jazz Performance at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and brings more than 30 years of experience behind the drums and 20 years of teaching experience to his students.
Having taught students of all ages and skill levels, Jeremy has developed a flexible and personalized teaching approach that works for everyone from complete beginners to advanced players. He believes that every student has their own goals, interests, and way of learning, and he takes pride in tailoring lessons to help each individual grow as a musician.
Jeremy is passionate about music and loves sharing the knowledge, experience, and perspective he has gained throughout his career. Whether he’s helping a first-time drummer find their groove or helping an experienced player refine their technique, his goal is always the same: help students become better, more confident, and more well-rounded musicians.
As a performing musician, Jeremy has worked with a wide variety of artists and projects across numerous styles, including Progressive Rock, Folk/Americana, R&B, Funk, Blues, and Jazz. His diverse playing experience allows him to bring real-world musical knowledge into every lesson.
